Winfield Property Management

I have been with Winfield properties since August 30th 2023. You wont find any other company that cares about their employees the way this one does. The staff at the home office are quick to respond to any questions we come across. Shelly is a great Regional Manager that cares about her team. You wont regret working for this company!

I have been working for Winfield Property Management for almost 6 months. I love that we can reach out at anytime if we run into a conflict on AppFolio. My manager here at Preston Square is one of the best managers I have ever worked under. The company has so much room for growth and opportunity. Shelly is a great Regional Manager that is always available to answer any questions and walk you through anything as she is explaining it. Definitely recommend working for this company.

I have made calls to the corporate office when my property manager was unavailable and was treated with such great customer service and professionalism.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I lived in one of their complexes for 4 years and when I moved out I left the place spotless. Better than when I moved in and the apartment manager charges me some ridiculous fees for cleaning. Not this is on my credit because I refuse to pay it. I will take this to court. I have pictures and a video of the entire apartment when I was out. I even bought new blinds. So be warned. There are some office managers who no matter how clean you leave the place will still charge you. The assistant manager knew she was wrong but couldnt say anything in fear of losing her job.
