        Always happy with the experience here! From the ladies at the front desk, to the nurse, to Dr. Hansen, they are all polite and efficient. Highly recommend!!

        so, appt at 3. They say it was 245, I have the letter, but if we can be there in 5 min we can be seen. We make it. There's NO patients, yet we still wait an hour and 45 min to be seen, and almost 2 hours total... Wow. I mean, really. Why are Dr.'s allowed to have patients waiting 2 hours still for appts, but if we are late 10 min, we get canceled and still charged? Crazy. Maybe schedule a few less people, but provide way better service. And, at least pretend that the patient is: 1. Actually ur boss. 2. Their time is important. Once we were seen though, the Dr was very nice and extremely professional. Did a great job. Eliminate the long wait, and this place is perfect.

        Dr. Hansen is great. She cares for my entire family and its great having the optical center attached to the clinic. Its always easy to schedule and shes very thorough and accommodating.
