The office staff was great, but upon my first minute of meeting Dr. Cartmell, I got the impression that he thought he already had my issue figured out before even doing an exam. I didn't feel like he was really listening to me and by the end of the exam, he admitted the problem he suggested (and gave me an informational pamphlet about) was wrong. It is always really concerning to me when I do not feel heard or treated like an individual with any medical provider. I plan to find another provider before my next exam.

Very happy to have found this Vision Care Office! Dr Rachel Sires was wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and professional!! Also very sweet and caring !! I feel comfortable that she gave me a thorough and the best exam! She went the extra mile for me! She, her mom and Kylie( hope I spelled her name right) and the first assistant, who did my preliminary exam ( sorry I didnt get her name) were were very nice and professional! I didnt have the privilege of meeting the father, but Im sure he is great also! This is a beautiful Christian family business ! I was very impressed!!

The eye exam wasnt great I think the eye doctor got frustrated so he basically told me that I wont like the prescription the way he said it was as if he knew the prescription wasnt going to be correct and it was very uncomfortable looking at the glasses no help really also I heard the eye doctor say I asked to many questions but I had too and if your glasses range from $100-$300 yes I have questions Im not feeling great about the prescription seemed more like they just want to take your money weather its a good prescription or not I been to other eye doctors in the past and left with more confidence that the prescription I was given was correct not here tho.
