I DIDNT WANT TO GIVE ANY STARS BUT WAS MADE TO ......I called like 2 weeks before going into tag agency about getting my last named changed and update my driver's license. I was told that you didn't have to have your soc sec changed yet that all they would need would be a copy of marriage license and they would be happy to help. Walked in on Thursday with my husband only to find out the guy didn't want to get up out of his chair to help me with my ID he told me that I would have to get my soc sec changed first. before he would do anything. I grabbed all my stuff and called another tag agency to ask again. and of course, they said they could do it, so I drove to Jenks tag agency and the girls there was so nice and sweet and had no problem with me getting my license changed whatsoever... It always seems that this Tag agency is the worst and always have Rude staff or lazy. I will not allow people to go to this one if they ask me, I'd just go to the Jenks tag agency where they treat you right from the time you walk into the time you walk out!

There shouldnt even be 1 star reviews. This place is the best tag agency in Oklahoma. Ive lived in a lot of cities here including Okc and Norman and they are fast, super nice, and know what theyre talking about. Other agencies here in Tulsa charge more for their services so town west has the best prices for sure as well.
