I had an electronic subscription. I seldom read it and today I decided to cancel. With every other online subscription, there is a way to cancel online. Not with the Tulsa World. They require a phone call. I called. The experience was as frustrating an you might expect. I was asked why I wanted to cancel. I refused to give a reason. I was repeatedly told they had to have a reason. I asked for a supervisor and was told they were all in a meeting. I asked for one to call me back, we'll see if that happens. I was told there was an unpaid balance of just over $3 dollars and asked to give credit card information - for an existing esubscription - paid for by electronic transfer - since originally subscribing. I elected to have a bill sent to avoid giving out more credit card information. Then, of course after the subscription was cancelled (I hope), I was asked about other subscription options. That was even more frustrating. It was a very poor customer service experience that was completely unnecessary.

Depending on what your delivering, the dock is located on the other side of alley if it is for Tulsa World.
