Kim and her crew are very friendly and made me feel at home right away. I have special pedicure needs and they have impressed me every time I go.

I am not from here and I took a chance on these wonderful ladies and I am so glad I did! My nails look amazing, the customer service was the best I have had at a nail salon, and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. I wish I lived in this area because Kims nails and spa would be my go-to every time! Thank you!

I was hoping with the 4.6 star rating I would have a good experience but unfortunately I did not. I wanted almond shaped pearl pink nails and had a picture. The lady who was doing my nails made them slanted to the right and I asked her to straighten them. They were still lumpy and slanted so I asked clearer for her make the tip be ay the middle of my nail. She got frustrated and called someone else over to do it. He made a decent shape but at that point they had been filed so much they were too short. I told him its fine please just soak off the base, charge me for a soak off and Ill go somewhere else. It comes time to pay and its $45. They wanted to charge me for a manicure, parts of a nail set and the soak off. I respectfully said I wouldnt be paying for something I didnt get. The lady said it was my fault she wasted and hour on me and I just didnt know what I wanted and I wasnt happy with anything. I said I do know what I want; it was just not being done. Then she ended by saying I was unlucky to have you so you can do $35 then I guess. Truly wouldnt recommend trying this place if you are looking for a new salon to support. I told them I would pay for a soak off and I would have tipped her $20 for her time and attempt but after the rudeness and unprofessional behavior they will not be having business from me or anyone who asks for nail recommendations from me.
