        This is the second time Ive been to Ruby nails and the first wasn't great so I shouldn't have gone back. The owner did my nails (both times) and she tried to talk me out of the shape and style I wanted because she didn't want to do it and it wasn't difficult (skinny French tips). I honestly couldn't believe she kept going telling me it would be better every step of the way. She charged me $70 and didn't bother to cut and clean up my cuticles either. She made me feel like a total inconvenience which is odd because I'm a kind person. I was highly disappointed. I will never go back.
