We shopped around with one of our great pals & our credit union before landing what should have been our first choice. Our approval letter came in with our lending power and we immediately scavenged the market for a home & found one within a week! Team BMG(Bradley Mortgage Group) stayed in close communication every step of the way, making sure we were on task and submitting every document we needed for a 30-day smooth close.
