Had a reservation in advance and was confirmed. Instead of understanding what a reservation is they just gave it away to some one else if you are looking to go just show up they dont care anyways in other words i never thought you could teach stupid. But they have a master degree on not running a restaurant or customer service. They need a new manger or just close the doors and move on.

This restaurant has VERY disrespectful staff. We waited 20+ minutes to speak with a manager and trying to get his attention he literally ignored us. They gave our reservation away to walk ins and then told us we couldnt push tables together to get seated when there were at least 8 tables open. After waiting to speak with a manager we ended up walking about because the staff kept ignoring us. Not to mention the phone ringing at the host stand and nobody there to answer it or seat people. Sadly will never be returning here, if you want similar food thats even better go to Nolas, they actually know how to be nice to people also ;)

We had reservations set a week ago! We showed up 10 minutes early and they had 2 walk in parties and gave our table away. Our waiter tried to do everything in her power to take care of us, we tried to talk to the manager but he waived us goodbye.

This place sadly has TERRIBLE service. Weve returned to this restaurant because we like the food but ended up walking out of this place without eating because of how mistreated we were by the staff. Extremely disappointing but we will not be returning.
