I have had nothing but great service with this company. Very honest and gets things done the right way the first time. He even helped us when buying a car for my teenage driver. He went above and beyond reviewing car maintainence historys with us and giving us areas of concern. You dont find that anymore.

My name is Jade and I went to this place to replace my passenger CV axel and transmission seal. The owner was extremely kind and understanding of my situation and got my car done within a few hours. He even gave me a ride home when I struggled to find a way to leave the property so they could work on my vehicle (for insurance/legal reasons, clients can't be on property as there is no waiting room) The price for repairs and labor was extremely cheap, and he got me the best deals on parts that I needed. If you need work done, I HIGHLY recommend these guys. They really care about the people over money and it shows 100%. Will defiantly return to them again for future repairs. :)

I can't say enough about Doc, owner of K.I.C. Automotive. His work ethic and consideration of his customers are exceptional! He goes above and beyond to keep prices competitive. His communication regarding all the processes of fixing my Jeep Grand Cherokee was the best I have ever dealt with from any mechanic. He will be my first and only mechanic for any other repairs I may need. In fact, he is correcting the errors of someone else made on my F150. I am a single woman, and he made me feel very safe and comfortable. I never felt I was being taken advantage of. I am so thankful for his service as a mechanic and his service to our country!
