Order a bacon cheese burger with only meat and cheese and even after repeating it back to me correctly they still gave me a burger with everything on it

I order food on uber eats from This location and The food packaging is not sealed properly and needs to be taped up to prevent tampering. I dont trust eating this food because its open to airborne contaminants. Why deliver food that is not packaged appropriately and open to the air? I called and they lied and said they placed stickers on it this is how it was delivered

The fries were hard and unedible. The burger was cold, and no one there seemed like they cared. I will never go to this Sonic again.

I was waiting in line for 10 minutes to order a drink (I was at the speaker for the drive through). I called to find out if there was a problemthe woman who answered the phone was rude, simply said we are short-staffed and trying to get caught up. She made no apology for the delay. When I asked if I should wait, she said rudely, if you want. Everyone has a bad day, has to deal with issues, but have some sense of customer service. I wont be back.
