After only 2 years of being fabricated, the copper cupola that we ordered from this company for our house in NY came apart. It had not been properly fabricated and came apart along almost all of the seams. We noticed it hanging from our roof, a real liability should it have fallen and hurt someone. Nothing hit it, the seams and joints just split open. We had to hire someone to climb to our roof and cupola to take pictures of the damage. When I contacted Donna to tell her about this and ask how we could have this repaired, from the pictures she suggested that we were somehow at fault! The yellow safety rope that was tied around the base in the photos to brace the guy who climbed up there in case of a fall was somehow blamed for the damage! But obviously the damage happened before that. Donna offered what was essentially false help by saying they would fix it for free if we had it removed from our roof, crated, and shipped to Oklahoma. Obviously, it was more practical to have someone fix the problem locally. They should have offered to cover the cost of repair since their product fell apart. We would have been happy with their offering to cover only half but their response was that we caused the damage. We are highly disappointed in the quality of the product and its durability as well as their customer care. Beware! Find a more reputable company.
