I always get in quickly and the front desk is very helpful and polite! Dr Danielle is awesome! She is very knowledgeable and acts like she cares. If you need something, she tries to get it to you quickly. Her explanations of meds is very thorough and easy to understand. I've always had a good experience with this clinic! They all need a raise!

Dr. Danielle Hurd is awesome!! Jessica that drew my blood was the best!! I can't remember the lady that took my x-rays but she was great as well as the pharmacy. I had a great experience, which hadn't always been the case in the past. Going back after 3 years I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements made and most all the staff are friendly and helpful, most not all though, unfortunately.

Every time ive come here ive been met with hostility by security rude interrogation before even getting through door in a very poor area and extremely long waitlists 6 months plus inhumane and phones never seem to connect will only use council oaks center instead they actually provide excellent service unlike this entity

Rudy with the scheduling team has been so so helpful to me! As a Healthcare worker myself, I know that front office staff can make or break a place and Rudy was so patient with me trying to navigate multiple things. Dr. Gilmore is also the best and is an amazing asset to IHCRC.
