Shepherd Sarah M DO

I was a patient of Dr. Shepherd's for 10 years, but have had major problems with her new nurse Kiara. I have switched over to another doctor due to her very unprofessional behavior, negligence and poor manner. There is no reason to call and yell at a patient, ever.

Dr. Sarah Shepherd is literally the best and made sure my concerns this second time were met and had no complaints at all! She is quick and the BEST!! Love how personable she is and just makes you feel good! Would recommend her to everyone! Thanks again to her and her team!

This place has absolutely the rudest staff I have ever had the chance to speak with, my wife need a obgyn as she is pregnant, she is also native so the first thing we did when we found out she was pregnant was take her to the Indian hospital. We were directed to find an obgyn, so we called and they said to have the records sent to them, next they refused to accept the records in the only form the hospital can or will send. So I ask if I could just get an appointment and not worry about the previous records because its been weeks now and my wife needs a doctor, we were told cause we were upset that the nurse thinks we should find a different obgyn.

I cannot say enough how incredible Dr. Shepherd is! She was a great listener and actually HEARD my concerns. She didn't rush me and really gave me her undivided attention. She is a God send Her staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her as your OB if you are looking!

I was recommended to Dr.Shepherd from a friend and I cant recommend her enough. I have THE WORST morning sickness and she actually took the time to listen and give me what I needed. I am excited for the rest of my pregnancy with her because she genuinely cares about your health.
