This place might be lgbt friendly. But Radona George is not! She always seems to be in a bad mood and hardly answer any questions.

Been seeing Radona George for HRT. Decided to make her my primary doctor, which obviously was a mistake! Been out of work waiting to find out what is wrong with my foot, which she seen me for and knows I'm stuck until I get my short term disability or I can go back to work. On top of it I was not informed until I walked in the office that I owed $69. So they would not see me and expect me to do without my HRT! Which I had to find another doctor so I didn't have to go cold turkey off my HRT or more less forced off as she did not seem to care after that. There is no care here, no compassion, no understanding! Just greedy doctors who care about money more than they do you! Been over a month! Twice all she did is send in blank paperwork! Looking at getting fired from my job now and a month and a half with no income, and never got my foot taken care of! I don't know why Radona George has chose to do me this way, but thank you for the added stress and anxiety! Do you feel proud that you screwed me over!?

I've been going here for years. They're very kind and accepting- aware of the needs of patients who are not cis-het. Some of the pharmacies they've used/ suggested aren't the best, but DFH staff are willing and eager to work around any problems that come up, even if they're not to blame. Justin Cole has been my main physician here and when we run into problems filling medications, he's gone out of his way to call the pharmacy in using and talk directly with the pharmacist to get it cleared up. He's also offered alternative solutions such as different forms of the medication (topical to injectable, for ex.) or putting me in touch with another provider who is also accepting (knowledgeable, and not ignorant) but has different legal abilities, in our ever changing state laws. When I had no insurance for a minute, they also provided me with several resources I could apply for so my treatment did not suffer in the interim. Communication is done primarily over their portal, which can be difficult to set up (although I've never been very adept at setting up health portal accounts, so that's probably a me thing). I was able to call and have help getting that sorted out though, and I've saved the portal website on my phone (& my browser account has my login info saved) so it's much easier to pull up now and message for refills and the like. It's not the fastest way to communicate, so if I'm in a pinch for time, I'll message there and then call to confirm that it's been received. I'm so fond of their service, overall, that I even convinced my roommate to try them out, and he's also become fond enough of their service that he's a regular now.
