My mother wears hearing aids & has ear wax buildup & pain . She was given drops on 3-26-24, to use 5 - 7 days. To which they gave her a 4-05-24 appointment date. Which is passed the 5-7 days listed on the medication. I received a calling in informing me, they they now want to change her appointment to 4-12-24. So my mother is supposed to go without hearing from 3-26-24, until 4-12-24. They have no care for their patients, to make someone go without being able to hear .. 2 weeks. I'm sure they wouldn't like to go that long, missing one of their 5 senses Not to mention, They clinic on 31st & Garnett, didn't bill both her insurances & she ended up with lab fees. Which I straightened out with the lab. MEDICAID/ MEDICARE PATIENTS: if you have Medicare complete & state issued Medicaid. If you receive a bill for a lab, that means they aren't billing Medicaid. So you need to call the number on the bill & make them aware that you have Medicaid & they will fix the mistake for you. I just called & they fixed it for my mom.
