Supreme care and my provider Serena has taken a great care of me. I have been in pain and have tried different doctors and procedures before coming here. I was recommended to have major surgery to address my issues. I made an appointment to get another opinion before making a decision. In 2 months, I am living pain free with more energy to actually enjoy life. I was pleased to find out that they can draw blood for labs on site now! It is so nice to have pcp. I have not had any issue with my medication being filled nor insurance. I have my fsa card on file and my insurance is billed and everything.

We just now got all of my major disorders from all 12 times I been admitted to the hospital. And one day I go in and was told they can't see me anymore due to miscommunication. Now I'm having to find a doctor that won't just keep me on the medicine that has finally helped and I'm having to start over. I'm in tears because I was so sick and they figured out what I needed and then just discarded me like trash. They never answer they're phones and it takes them days to get your scripts called in and the actually doctor is only there like 2 days a month. Thank you to these people for leaving me high and dry, and now I'm back to being extremely sick, which makes me cry everyday!!!

It will take a year before you see the actual doctor that prescribes medications here. When you get your prescriptions sent in don't expect it till the next day as all scripts are approved at 6pm @night. Not to mention they charge more than your actual Insurance copay. They will also require that you find your own referral to any specialist that you may need. Or track down your own medications if there are any issues trying to fill them. If you run out of prescription medication and require an appointment you will not get emergency refill or anything until that said appointment and then you won't get your medicine till the next day because again we don't finalize till 6 p.m. on all prescription.

Great Staff- Very Knowledgeable-Got me in Quickly- I've had such a Wonderful experience, Glad I chose them for my Primary Care. The Staff is AMAZING!!!

I chose supreme healthcare as my pcp a few months ago, and the energy was great and the women were all really nice. Fast forward a few months, and they have changed staff except for the office manager, Dorinda, who is super nice and very helpful. I have had great encounters with all of the ladies there, except the new nurse, Elle. From the first time I met her, I felt like she was very rude to me, and my husband was there to witness it. I call and check on referrals and have had to call in about the wrong medications being called into the pharmacy. I had a ton of referrals when I came to this doctor, and as I was having important procedures done, I was receiving calls all week that the date on the referral was wrong. The same woman that told me today she put the referrals in and that she did her job. Well, if it was being done correctly, I wouldn't have to call every other week. 2 weeks ago, I told them I was in a mental health crisis and have waited on a referral for these 2 weeks. Called to check today, she told me she did her job. and hung up on me. I called the mental health place, and they didn't receive it. Sent to the wrong fax number. 2 months ago, I would've given 4 stars because it was chaotic then too. But i don't choose a provider for the nurse to bring me anxiety and talk down to me and dismiss me.
