I amazed at how they can call themselves an hvac company that is publicly for hire. The supposed repair isnt even up to code. Stay away from these guys!

I've been waiting a week for them to come do a service for the air conditioning and they now just refuse to come. Worst excuse for a service company I've dealt with so far.

RUN!  DO NOT HIRE!  SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR HOME!!!If American Homeshield forces you to use this company for your heating or air conditioning problems, save yourself (and your home) a ton of money, heartache and headache by telling them no way and contacting a reputable company.   I could go on and on to tell the story of their ridiculous time frames, their despicable customer service, their deplorably unethical business practices and how they did far more harm than they did good but I will try to make it brief.  AHS sent them for a simple fix to our A/C.  It took forever for them to come but when they did it seemed to go ok.  Control panel replaced, no extra charge to us and A/C started working.  However, during the repair they disconnected the float valve.  Perhaps this was an accident but I don't really believe that it was.  Of course, we didn't know this until we noticed the water damage in our hallway and a bedroom.  We called AHS who of course sent these clowns out again.  This time they quoted over $1000 to AHS and almost $1000 that would be our responsibility.  The "technician" (I use that word very loosely) refused to explain things to my husband over the phone, flat out lied about AHS policies, used terminology that was designed to confuse the issue and became hostile when asked for an explanation in laymen terms.  We decided to not set ourselves up for further damage and refused their service.  My husband went on to repair the issue causing he condensation flooding himself for UNDER $100!  A far cry from the nearly $2,000 they quoted.  Of course, we are now left with $3,000 in remediation and repair fees to fix the water damage that you know AHS isn't going to cover nor these shysters since it obviously wasn't their doing (intense sarcasm and major eye roll).  They weren't going to get around to "fixing" things for over 2 weeks to top it all off.not for the  got a seriously bad vibe about the whole thing. Trust the negative reviews that you will see all over about this company.
