        Instructors teach what is practical and battle tested. Learning a technique starts with simple movements, then faster, then with resisting partners, the right way. Edit: I left this review 2 years ago, it is now 2/15/2022. I stand by my review and am still attending training classes. Can't say enough good things about this Dojo or its instructors. Important to note, they have changed their name to Dark Horse Martial Arts.

        Excellent self-defense training. Love that I can cross-train in multiple styles (krav maga, bjj, muay thai, and san soo). Instructors are knowledgeable, other classmates great to work with.
