        Production is a GREAT company... More like a family because most of the employees have been there not just years but decades. My husband has worked there for 17 going on 18 years! Full of hard working every day people! Great company to work for and great company to buy parts from!

        All the good machinist have left that place. The new floor supervisor wouldn't know a screw from a nail. The machines are getting old and they don't buy new parts to fix them. The young kids won't be up there much longer. It went from over a hundred years of combined experience to less than 50 or less. Most companies recognize brown nosers when they see them, this one promotes them. Quality has left that shop. It's filthy, and I mean extremely filthy. Go to other machine shops then go to Production and you will immediately see. I recommend finding a machine shop that keeps a clean work environment and buys new parts and run new machines. I'm sorry to say Production Manufacturing is no longer a quality machine shop.
