        They are overpriced and didn't even dry clothes... even after i added time... plus it was in a 8 load dryer but we had maybe 4-5 loads tops in the machine

        Liberty laundry no longer accepts credit/debit cards at the machine. They use a loyalty card program now. I am disappointed. I feel they should have at least left credit/debit use for the customers who do not want to participate in their card program. I don't need another card in my wallet. I understand not having cash anymore.

      Hi Paulette, thank you for visiting our store and for your review. It is true that while we do still accept credit cards and cash as payment, the mechanism to start the machines themselves is with a laundry card. No one is required to keep a balance on their card; they can load exactly what’s needed to start their washers and dryers and can return the card when done with their laundry. With the new system, however, we are able to offer special promotions like our current limited time promotion where we’re offering a $10 bonus for every $20 loaded on a card. We could not do this with our old system and this is a big deal for those who wish to participate and save.
