We hired Tracy to help with materials coordination & interior design for our new kitchen, dining area & wet bar and powder bathroom (floors, counter tops, hardware, furniture etc.) In the beginning she was very helpful and responsive with great energy, but during the middle of the project her attitude and interest changed as she became condescending and quite difficult to work with. Tracy would not return calls and only responded via text. The dining room table and chairs she suggested I ended up purchasing through another interior designer and saved over $2,000. I understand the goodwill of a mark up but she seemed to be taking advantage. Lastly, I found it strange she made comments as if she had a team of employees working for her since that was in fact not the case. She would make comments such as "we" suggest.... "we" found this...."we", "we" "we" and when I asked her how many people she had working for her she embarrassingly admitted no one. She admitted she was ashamed to be working by herself out of her house (It didn't matter to us if she had one or 100 people, but found it odd she pretended to have employees.) Even after that strange conversation at my house, she continued to imply as if she had some kind of staff. May seem petty but she came across as very dishonest. There are lots of great designers in Tulsa, do your homework!
