        We have been a customer with Moe Hogan Insurance in Owasso for 30 years (which was an affiliate of Rich and Cartmill). When Mr. Hogan retired, things carried on great for a while but when the Owasso office closed and moved to Tulsa to the Rich and Cartmill office customer service was nonexistent. Our homeowner policy was canceled and we were never notified of a problem. Our auto insurance increased $400 a year with no tickets or wrecks. Our premiums were always paid. Its very disappointing that service was poor at best after being with a company for so long. We hadnt shopped around at all because we trusted the Owasso office. Please be diligent when dealing with this company to avoid any issues. Customer service is important to me and this company provided none.
