Needed work done on a Sunday night. Jacob came over and determined the compressor had failed. He removed the units and prepped the the area. Jacob came back in the morning and had my new unit installed and running by noon. Great company!!! Dallas installed a new unit for my grandma's house. The unit worked well throughout the summer. It cooled extremely well. When winter came and we kicked the heater on it didn't work. We called him up and he explained to us it's only him and one other tech. He explained that he would get out as soon as possible. When they came out, they found a bird nest in the exhaust. They had it up and running great!

Unreliable, flaky, and extremely unprofessional. Dallas Stites is the owner and will install the units for you, but thats all you can expect from them. Numerous phone calls/texts has received no response. If you decide to ignore this review and theres any problem down the road, good luck - youre on your own.
