This review is not one that wanted to write. With the great reviews we were super excited to try this company out. My apologies for the novel ahead of time. We may have just been the customer that all the things that could go wrong went wrong? We always try to give benefit of the doubt and specifically wanted to find a local business owner to support. In general, if you dont want to read the long story just be very cautious and maybe get in writing what you agree to and double check the work before paying. You may also want to be present when they are supposed to finish. I found this company for my sister who was in desperate need of help getting a house they just purchased wiped down. It had been vacant for year and really need all the surfaces wiped from dust as well as the bathrooms, oven and fridge needed a good scrub down. We scheduled an in person estimate so that they could be aware of what they were dealing with and be given an in person estimate. We agreed on 6P and that it would be in between her jobs, sometime before 6 we receive a text that it would be 7:30 7:30 came and went and we texted to see what the eta was and we were told they were on the way, around 8 we messaged again to make sure she was ok and she didnt show until around 8:30 After the walkthrough we were told at that time their services came standard with all surfaces wiped down so baseboards would not be problem, that the blinds, shelves in closets kitchen surfaces all would be taken care of and that it would take anywhere from 2-4hours and that they had a crew, were bonded and insured. They were also willing to get us in that week before my sister had to move We agreed to an 8A arrival since she also took her kid to school pretty early. My sister opted to give them the garage code since the house was empty and it would be easiest On the day of, my sister received a call a little after 10am that their alarm clock did not go off and they were on the way, at 12:20p she received a text message asking if she needed to wear a mask if they only one in the house. When my sister arrived after picking up one of her kiddos from school (around 3:30p) she was told things were soaking (tubs and toilets) and there was no crew only the owner- my sister wanting to give her space left at that time and my brother in law came later around 8pm to drop items off and the house smelled clean (or as my nephew said like a pool lol) she was packing up when they were leaving around 830pm so nothing was thought of until my sister got a text at 930 that the job was done with pictures and a request for payment. My sister paid for the services but then she got a message that the garage door wouldnt close, she asked her to stay until they could get out there but only to get no response and to find out that the garage door had been left open where their belongings were and it was now broken. It was likely an accident as she was trying to get it closed for them but it seems in that process it was broken. My brother in law then had to be at the house for 3 hours trying to fix the broken garage door. A couple days later when they moved in my sister was quite surprised to find that the baseboards, blinds and closet shelves had not been wiped down and the product used in the kitchen unfortunately left a greasy residue that needed to be wiped off. We did reach out to them and asked for a partial refund (not even half as they did so some work but not what we agreed upon). I was given the option for her to come back and clean again and at this point with the experience that was not something my sister was interested in as she was not able to keep word on the previous times agreed to and my sister has an infant and special needs kids and it would have been more taxing to have someone come back out to finish that job they had a whole day to complete! We were told they underbid the job and were there 10 hours cleaning. In the end we felt a little bit duped. Service: Moving-related cleaning
