    I booked this hotel online to secure availability and make checking in quicker and easier. Once I arrived, it was not quicker and the price was more than I was told at reservation. Also, I was not aware at booking that there was a 100.00 security deposit. The toilet ran continuously and the air conditioning did not work properly. The front desk clerk was unfriendly, I think she hated her job. The hot tub and pool was a plus, the reason I actually booked this particular hotel. The breakfast was to be expected, not great but it was food; I guess. At the end of the day, it was overpriced for the quality. Also, I called the next day to ask why I did not get my complete deposit back, as I left it better than it was when I arrived. Apparently, they also charge a safe fee whether you want to use it or not, which is roughly 4.00 and taken out of your deposit. Its the stupid little fees that they try and secretly get out of you. I appreciated the laundry room, didnt have to haul around wet sour clothes from the pool. I will not choose sleep inn again. Just a suggestion, make sure your customers are aware of all fees upfront, even the safe box fee. To all customers, if you have to stay here, pay close attention to your receipt and dont be afraid to ask questions, I recommend paying cash for the deposit and not leaving until its returned.
