Millennium Home Health Care

I would highly recommend these wonderful people to anyone who needs care and wants to get best care. The nurses they hire are top notch. They know their stuff and keep the doctors on their toes. They are very compassionate and put their hearts into their patients. I've had almost all of the nurses in my home at one time or another and I don't have a bad thing to say about any of them. I'm pretty picky and I don't have anything good to say about the other home health companies that I had before. This group is amazing and the PT that they partner with is also great. Like attracts like, high quality and very professional. If you are looking for the best, you found them.

We have used Millennium Home Health Care for a few months now and I will never recommend them. Our family will be filing a formal complaint to the State Dept of Health due to their unprofessionalism . Their social worker along with their nurses are non-responsive. As a cherry on top, we tried to reach out to them over the holidays and received zero response. Our best friend who is a registered nurse also advised to fire them, for which we will. Devon and Mozetta are the only ones that actually do their job spot on.

I have an Elderly Mother who receives care from Millennium Home Health Care and I have to say they are the most caring people I have ever met and treat my mom like shes family which is only fair because they are family to me . From Shannon Who is the RN Branch Manager / Case Manager to Deanna Weekly Nurse and Nikki my moms shower aid, they do more for my mom then just medical stuff they are always interested in talking to her and Me they make sure that my mom is safe and happy and healthy and they also make sure that I'm doing good as well, I'm not just my Mothers son I'm her home care giver as well so they take care of the whole family . An Example of this kind of caring is when My mom was Getting her hair done and Shannon's sisters salon Shannon called her sis to ask her some thing and Meredith told her that My mom was there so She put Shannon on speaker and my mom and Shannon started talking and it was more like an old friend talking to my mom then nurse to Patient. It just made me smile and crack up . And the wonderful thing is they are all like that . Deanna is one of the most Knowledgeable Nurses I have ever met and she goes over everything with my mom and answers whatever questions either of us have about her care. Nikki is this Little Ball of sunshine she provides my mom with weekly care for baths and hair cleaning something that as a man I'm just not able to do for her she provides my mom with privacy and is very careful to make sure that no matter what my mom is satisfied in what she dose for her . All in all this is a wonderful company . So if you are shopping for yourself or a Loved one I can tell you for a fact that they are a good reputable company and they all have Hearts as well. They are always going to put the needs of there Clients ahead of everything that they do . And I hope they are still around when my time comes to need there services I would be proud to be taken care of by this Group of Remarkable people even when My mom is gone they are all still going to be welcome in my home . I want to send out how grateful I am for Deanna and Shannon. They both are so loving and caring to my husband. They both go way and above to make sure he has all the best care. We couldn't ask for any better. We have had other companies in the past. None of them are close to being as caring as Millennium. Thank you girls AWESOME work girls

The Millennium team at the Country Club of Woodland Hills is amazing!! They are the most professional, caring group of people. My father was treated with respect and actually looked forward to his visits from the Millennium staff. Thank you for everything!
