Cornerstone Heating & Air LLC

I purchased my home in fall of 2020 and started using Cornerstone immediatley to service my HVAC system. The service itself is great, and my husband and I overall thought our technicians were friendly and professional, however, I am giving the lower rating because of their lack of responsiveness. They offer a plan where you pay one annual fee and they put you on a list and are supposed to call you once in the spring and once in the fall to come out and service your system. Spring 2021 and Fall of 2021 no one ever called us to schedule the servicing. Spring of 2022 came, and again no one called. We made a mention of it to the dispatcher when we called, and got the "oh we were just starting to make calls" ... this was in June 2022. Again came the fall, and we never got a call to service our heating system. We had to call and schedule the service ourselves, even though we had paid for the annual service where they were supposed to call us... finally got someone out on November 4th and were told our unit looked fine. Flash forward to November 18th and I woke up to my house at 59 degrees. I thought the pilot light was out, but it was not. I called cornerstone and got their answering machine. I asked them to come back out and take a look at it and never got a call back. My husband then called later that evening as the next four days the overnight high was not expected to get above freezing. I know not all businesses are open over the weekends, but it is Monday and I have been without heat for four days and never got a call back from cornerstone. I did have to contact a different service provider today because of the severe cold, who was able to come out. I will note that my unit is over 30 years old, and it wasn't a total surprise to learn that the motherboard blew, but I was shocked it was only two weeks after being serviced. Cornerstone also serviced my fireplace, and I was satisfied with the result, although I did have to schedule several months in advanced. It is unfortuante becaues we liked the service tech who came to the house to service the HVAC & fireplace, and the actual servicing has been fine, but this company has not been responsive since we signed up for their annual program. It feels very much like they took our payment and hoped we would forget to call them to come out and do the servicing we signed up for. When they are here they do their job, but getting a hold of them to schedule service is near impossible, at least for me! Service: HVAC system maintenance

Extremely rude and aggressive towards me. Would not recommend. His car also cut off 3 lanes of traffic and proceeded to try and run me off the road.

Kirk and Tyler were fantastic! They were timely, informative and helpful throughout the process of installing a new furnace in my home. They answered any questions I had and took the time to make sure I understood the new unit. Very impressed with their work and I highly recommend them for any HVAC or Heating work you need for your home or business. Service: Heating system installation
