I have been using this same location for years but tonight was not a great experience. I go in at 4:15 pm and get my son checked in. They tell me there's a 40 minute wait so I go out and come back at 4:50 pm. That is within that 40 minutes, only to find out they removed my son off the list. I had to have him added back on and his name wasn't called until 5:55 pm. So, we leave and come back after 40 minutes because that's what they told us then ended up having to sit there for another hour because of a "mistake" they made. The system needs to be set up to where a customer is only automatically removed if they are not there within that time frame, not whenever an employee feels someone should be removed.

Arriving just minutes after opening at 10:00 am, my wife was promptly attended to, even ahead of those who had scheduled their appointments online. This speaks volumes about the team's dedication to providing exceptional service to every customer, regardless of how they schedule their visit. As I sat by the door, I couldn't help but admire Dee's professionalism and expertise. With 18 years of managerial experience under her belt, she effortlessly guided newly licensed employees, ensuring they delivered quality service while honing their skills. Her positive outlook was contagious, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced the overall experience for everyone present.
