Never have I had to deal with such terrible customer service. We purchased a warranty plan when we bought our couch. We had some urine on our couch and was needing it cleaned. The purpose of buying a warranty is to use the warranty. The owner, which I believe he said he name was Greg or Craig, came into my home and almost immediately was questioning everything I said. Told me that a certain bladder could only hold 8-10 ounces, so he doesnt understand why I was needing cleaned what I wanted cleaned. I didnt even have a chance to show him what I was talking about. He was very hostile and I in turn was hostile as well. He told me he was just going to take some pictures and leave. I told him he would not take pictures and I needed him to leave my home immediately. I was now uncomfortable at this point. I was standing in front of one of my couch cushions, and he tilted his camera around me to get a picture of the cushion. I made him delete it, because at this point even if he did want to do the service, I no longer wanted anything to do with him and this company. He asked to start over and that is when he introduced himself as the owner. But at that point we were already done. I asked him again to leave, and he did. I have already contacted the warranty company and let them know how unsatisfied I am. I hope to deal with a more professional company in the future.
