3 stars because the service was very nice, not because of the funeral home. Director is arrogant and rude. Needs some retraining seminars for sensitivity. Definitely wants to run the show even though it might be against the families wishes. Puts his opinion in when not wanted, but doesn't like when the service is changed that doesn't fit his agenda. Nickel and dime for everything. Doesn't provide a family car. There are others in town I would check out first.

I was very disappointed in the recent rosary I attended at Ninde Funeral Home on Peoria. They did not understand how to conduct a rosary, rushed attendees through the ceremony and did not allow friends to say their final goodbyes by opening the casket. It was very frustrating for those who came to pay their respect and say a final goodbye. I would not recommend them.

I am so happy we chose this funeral home. The staff is the best around. I was well taken care of. I can't say enough about how great they are.
