        I have been a patient of Dr Griffin's for over a decade and today I was 7 minutes late for my appointment. I was promptly told you will have to reschedule due to our five minute late policy. I was never told about that policy, and in 10 years, clearly I have never been late because I have never known about it! Now mind you, I have patiently waited numerous times (far past any five minute maker) to see the doctor and have NEVER complained. I am saddened to think this is the way loyal patients are being greeted and unkindly treated at this facility. Dr Griffin is not only a wonderful doctor, but a family friend and this has hurt my heart today.
