        We had the misfortune of having to call this company following a vehicle fire. They are basically thieves who manipulate the environmental laws to justify outrageously overcharging customers, who were forced to use their completely unnecessary services in the first place. Thankfully, insurance came through and paid their ridiculous claim but this is exactly why insurance rates are sky high. Very disappointed with the lack of common sense displayed
