I wouldn't work with them. I used to have a good relationship with them. I have companies that I have done consulting work with that I directed towards them. But for some reason they have decided to stop returning my calls and have ghosted me. I'm going to not recommend them anymore and probably start moving my clients away from them.

I interviewed for a recruiter position. I was recruited off of LinkedIn. I had two interviews. I was called back for the 2nd interview. The 2nd half of the interview was entirely inappropriate. One of the main owners was not present, he was out that day, so I think it was a sales manager that was with my original recruiter that filled in. He asked a lot of personal questions. Before I could answer questions, he would talk about his stories and himself before I could give my feed back. Granted, it did give me time to think but made me so frustrated,. He started asking me what bars I like to go to and what I did when I was in college and eventually the conversation ended with a very pointed question that should have never been asked. That ended the interview. Mind you, at this point I had been out of college for 7 years or so. He was profiling me. You can really tell a lot about a person based on what bars they go to. Part of the interview was, Youre saying all the right things, but I dont REALLY feel like we know Cassie He was trying to loosen me up but it became very unprofessional and was asking me to reveal things that people should never ask in an interview. Im only giving 2 stars because my recruiter was very professional.

Great experience working with them and their staff. They have made me comfortable from the get go and was VERY flexible in working with my schedule & start date given I was a brand new dad. Its rare to have company's now that make you feel you are heard, valued, and appreciated.
