Waiting for 10 hours no body cares about nothing ,RUDE PEOPLE WITH NOT COMPASSION FOR NOBODY!!,my wife have open heart surgery,in her condition she need rest and not sitting and waited on that nasty chairs of emergency room ,,COMPLETELY DISAGREE WITH THE ATTENTION AT FRONT DESK ,SOME NURSES AND SONE TECHNICIANS ,,I DONT RECOMMEND SAINT FRANCIS EMERGENCY ROOM FOR NOBODY!!!

S.F. hospital is as big a a city! The place should have its own zip code. L.O.L. Most of the staff that I met were very friendly, and professionally minded. I would personally recommend that if you have an appointment there, show up early. Write down the exact address and room number as well as the name of the dept , the phone number that you are lookin for BEFORE YOU GET THERE! It can get confusing. All and all a great adventire!(

Unbelievable would not recomend this er to no one been here for 7hrs still waiting on ct scan my wife massage 4 cancer should not have been exposed to that much wait time no one helped one male nurse helped to bathroom twice he was eceptional poorly ran hospital
