I recently purchased a Generac 24KW Air-Cooled standby generator from Frac 1 Enterprises Inc., a Generac authorized dealer. I requested estimates from multiple companies but Frac 1 Enterprises came back with the lowest quote by several thousand. The president of the company, Alan McQuary, personally came to my home and did a thorough evaluation of my electrical requirements. He listened to my needs and concerns and made sure all my questions were answered. He promptly e-mailed me a detailed itemized proposal including the complete purchase price and installation of the generator and Automatic transfer switch including labor and all associated parts. Once I made the decision to hire Frac 1, Alan McQuary gave me a start date and estimated time of completion. He was always very cordial and friendly along with his technicians who also acted in a professional manner. The whole process was very pleasant and seamless. After the installation and required inspection Alan made sure the unit was operational and that I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend Frac 1 Enterprises to anyone who is in the market for a standby generator.
