Very dismissive of patient complaints. Failed to accurately note complaints in records, failed to give clear action plan (some items put in notes but never discussed in person), failed to provide accurate testing & referrals so condition went undiagnosed for months! Not compassionate or friendly. Very rude if you ask for any specific test because she is missing standard testing.

I went to Helen Hoggard in hopes to establish her as my new PCP. Never got to see her. Upon arrival with a sleepy toddler in hand the front office did not acknowledge me standing in front of her. She took two calls and didnt look at me. When she slide the glass window open, the greeting was very vague, If it can even be called a greeting. I brushed it off. i thought it was the end of the day they want to go home. No biggie. Well apparently my insurance plan changed this month and she couldnt find it. I notified her that I didnt have the cards yet. They hadnt arrived but that I could try to get it from my husband. She told me that she couldnt check me in without the information. I asked if should could look it up via BCBS portal. She said no. She can, any provider can. She offered to mark me as a self pay, but that Id have to pay the amount upfront. Fast forward to requesting a manager and the manager requesting the front desk call BCBS. The manager said theyd wait for my insurance, didnt allow my appointment to start, then came back not five minutes later and informed me that Helen was actually leaving early and we needed to reschedule. She admitted their office lacks communication. She didnt know Helen was leaving early. She tried to make it seem like a good thing saying now you have all the time to get insurance I had the email from insurance in hand. It was 15 mins passed my time. I could have been seen and given them the insurance before leaving. The clinic I visited before was great, caring and compassionate. Before leaving I told her that wasnt okay and she proceeded to tell me this is why they request all patients be 30 mins early. I checked in on my chart, marked myself arrived at 15mins before and came walking in holding a sleeping toddler. Their staff is lazy and not friendly, overall a very uncomfortable time and unpleasant clinic.
