Horrible customer service. They are responsive until they have your money, and then will ghost you. Don't pay for anything until you have a firm commitment on when you will get your documents, and expect the longest timeframe given. I paid a "Rush fee" of triple the normal price, and got my documents in about the same time as if I would have paid the regular price. Communication is condescending, and the work is shoddy. Don't give this place your business.

horrible at following up if you ask a specific question she sends an entire book with "PER MY LAST EMAIL" AT THE TOP.. VERY CONDESCENDING RUDE IF SHE DEEMS YOUR COMMENT AS RUDE SHE WONT FOLLOW UP WITH YOU AT ALL TOOK MY MONEY AND STIL HAVENT FINISHED THE JOB. MY DIVORCE WAS SIMPLE NO KIDS NO PROPERY EXCHANGE. NOTHING.. I do not recommend this company
