        I am currently standing in JcPenny looking for a prom dress for my 15 year old daughter. They do not carry Plus size prom dresses. They are a biased store with their own view on what kind of person should be allow to buy a dress. Do not look for a dress at Jcpennys. Go to Dillard or Davids Bridal.

        Jewelry department doesn't answer the phone and doesn't hold customer satisfaction when it come to repair or sales I don't think I'll do business with jcpenney anymore unless this problem gets fixed
