Southern Pointe Dental and Implants

I would not recommend going here. I spent an hour in their waiting room and when I finally went in an exam room they took 1 quick x-ray and a lady dentist came in and her recommended solution was going to cost around $3,000. I assumed the evaluation and cost estimate would be at no cost. They billed my insurance a $100 for an x-ray and a 2 minute evaluation. What a ripoff. I was able to get back in to a previous dentist I had used and he fixed the problem for $400.

Kaysi is such so helpful and always helping me relieve my worries! a very compsed hard worker. Whole staff is pretty awesome too. I would recommend anyone coming here for dental needs!!

Dr Rogers is absolutely amazing!! His compassionate and empathy is the best Ive ever had. I recommend him 10,000% But the communication between the front desk and the staff in the back in absolutely a let down. The back will tell you one thing and you get up front to pay is different. The up front staff say they call you back and they dont then make up say they did. Or it lost signal.. well if it lost signal then why didnt you try again. Do what you say youre going to do because this is real life and no one has time for games. Im here to get help and maintain healthy teeth. If I cant trust you to do the little things. They want me to have a guard but cant work with you to get it. Its not my fault its so expensive. Its very frustrating. I will just go with out.
