Was seen an hour late. (Scheduled for 2, wasn't seen until well after 3). Also appears that they are incorrectly reusing disposable equipment (An anesthesia bag was discolored indicating multiple use / reprocessing where not permitted by FDA clearance for the device in question), which leads me to question whether the instrument pack actually used was properly cleaned / sterilized. Edit: FDA regulations pertain to how a medical device must be used in order to protect patient safety, and are entitled to what is known as " Cheveron defference" by the federal courts, meaning that the owner cannot argue, as a matter of binding federal law, that any kind of reprocessesing of an anethesia resovoir bag is safe and effective where any federal government agency has enacted any rule or regulation to the contrary, regardless of the context in which the rule or regulation arises. The owner apoarently misapprehends that his claims fail to state any legally cognisable defense.

The team here is phenomenal. The assistants are friendly & relatable, the doctor is compassionately honest & does wonderful work. The hygienist is efficient & diligent. I feel like family when I walk in. Thank you!

Went in for an appointment to get 3 infected teeth removed. Unfortunately was only able to get 2 removed due to scheduling issues and lack of time, however still a 5 star review because the work that Dr. David Rorabaugh does is great. No pain, got both out with hardly an issue; even with them being in absolutely terrible shape. Great dental office. Edit: So to update, I spoke too soon. It's been about two weeks and the gums where the molar was extracted from is almost healed. Now I have something starting to cut through the gums in the area the molar was at. So either a piece of the tooth was left in my mouth, or I wasn't told that a wisdom tooth was under the molar and is now cutting through. I'll be seeking further consultation elsewhere due to that fact. Gentle or not, he needs to be thorough in his work.
