If I could leave a zero or negative star I would. This was my first and last visit to this establishment. In my 48 yrs I've never ever cancled an apt mid apt before. However it was most certainly warranted. For starters the young woman who called me multiple times needs to aquire some manners. Second the curvier Latina woman at the front desk with the long fake lashes and long hair needs to learn you do not yell at patients from across a room asking about their personal information. You politely ask them to step up to the desk and then ask for whatever pertinent information is needed. Also, while there was an elder gentlemen in a wheel chair that was distraught waiting for his son to pick him up and they completely disregarded both him and his feelings. I wonder how they would feel had it been their parent sitting there. Upon being called back the young lady argued with me about what I was supposed to be having done today. I tried telling her why it was put down as a limited xray she didn't want to listen to me i also told her I was there to have all of my bottom teeth removed she acted like she didn't have a clue what I was talking about. And in addition to that they had a man presenting himself as a woman with a bad short black wig going by the name of Ophie just sick!!!! So, i terminated my appiontment for all of the above. Also my apointment was supposed to have been at 2pm today but was switched without my consent to 11am and i sat there until 12pm and they still didnt have It together!! I wouldn't send anyone there!!!! And the two Latina girls at the front desk like to gossip abt the patients. They should be careful with that as they don't know who is fluent in Spanish!!!
