TTCU is Great. They are quick to solve any issue and professional, all staff are pleasant and knowledgeable with questions. I'm very happy to be a member.

Upon opening my account staff was friendly but over the phone customer service is short,rude, & unprofessional and wait times are ridiculous I called to adjust a limit or to even have the limit explained the rep was a man who was over talking me the entire time and very argumentative at 9 am as well as he stated my child who is a minor as well as non verbal and 4 years old needed to come in and consent to the adjustment I asked to speak to a supervisor and he hung up and I will be closing my account and moving else where because I already sat on hold 8 minutes and now I'm waiting another 7 minutes and I have things to do not argue with a bank employee about my money or be DISRESPECTED
