        The guy behind the counter was nice at first until i bought my item which was fake hair, then i went outside into my car to look at the hair in natural light and it was not the color it had looked like inside. went back inside to ask if i could refund and buy a different set of hair and he instantly got an attitude and told me since i took it outside of the store, even though i never left the parking lot that i could not be refunded or given store credit.

For the health and safety of our customers, we do have a publicly stated policy visibly displayed that all sales are final on wigs and hair pieces. We will make a one-time exception for you to exchange the hair if it is obvious it has not been removed from the original package. It will need to be brought in no later than 5:30pm October 26, 2023.
