I was just harassed at Walgreens #122 71st Lynn Lane by a manager named Sabra. It was awful! and absolutely humiliating! She stood in front of my cart wouldnt let me move nor would she give me her name. Eric the other manager tried to diffuse the situation but Savra refused to apologize and act professionally. I recorded it all and Eric told me Savra had definitely decided in her mind I was going to try and steal an entire basket full? I spent $145 of hard earned money and was treated like dirt SABRA NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY! Im half tempted to sue for harassment!!

If I could give zero I would The worst service I have ever received For first shingles shot Called to get second and they cant do it I will have to drive 30 miles I have had nothing but horrible service since having to go there Purcell Ok

I am SO fed up and disgusted with the Walgreens at 4704 S. Elm in Broken Arrow, OK (store #03534). We have been with them since 2005 when we moved to Broken Arrow. At that time, the pharmacy was fantastic, service was great and the staff was pretty special. Not any more. This week (and its only Tuesday!) I received texts saying my prescriptions were being worked on and would be ready for pickup soon or were actually ready. There were three. Today, while I was out running errands, I called to make sure that my prescriptions would be ready so that I could pick them up before going home. The pharmacist that I talked to said, "no problem. Give me 40 minutes." When I got to the store one hour later, not only were my prescriptions not ready but they closed the window in my face for a lunch break! Extremely rude!! And now I have to get back out to pick them up. I just had surgery yesterday and two of those prescriptions were pain medicines. One of those prescriptions was hydrocodone/acetaminophen and had been ordered from the surgery center yesterday. The text said "currently out of stock". That is a common medicine and the store should be keeping ample supply of that. In years past, the pharmacist would call and help me find a store that did have it. Not this time. My family and I average picking up two to three prescriptions per week. This month not one single prescription was ready when the texts on your app promised nor were they ready in a reasonable time. When we called to talk to the manager they said that they were running understaffed this week due to flu. That may be the case but this problem has been happening consistently for several months! We really hate to have to change pharmacies because of our 18 year history but we need a reliable store! In talking to some of our neighbors, who also use this store, they are experiencing the same. Not sure what, but something needs to change and soon!

The Walgreens at 33rd w and sw. Boulevard told me when I pulled up to the drive thru that my prescription would be ready in about a half hr when I returned i was told that it wouldn't be ready for another 1 and a half hours ridiculous

The Walgreens pharmacy on 46 and Peoria is so bad u have to wait a month to get your prescription and if u call they pick up the phone then hang up or don't answer at all. I'm 74 im on heart and blood pressure medication but I can never get it on time.
