Service received at Bob Mills Furniture We had issues with our primary printer/scanner and also with how it was communicating with our network. Within 5 mins of arriving Trevan & Brian were able to diagnose the problem and get our computer to properly communicate with our printer. They ran other routine checks to make sure everything else was running smoothly. Main mission accomplished but what they did next went above and beyond. We had a minor issue with our copies printing with a line across each copy. They were made aware and quickly found what the problem was. A component of the copier/scanner needed cleaning and so they began cleaning, but soon found that they needed to take it apart. They also found that the feeder atop the printer was also causing problems and so completely disassembled the components tied to the printer/scanner/feeder to make sure everything printed was coming out correctly. They could've just cleaned the initial part and been done with it, but the fact they made sure every component was working as it should past what we asked of them, only showed the level of professionalism that these gentlemen possessed. They worked quickly and with as little interference to our work tasks as possible. We will definitely be using ImageNet Consulting again in the future and would like to commend Trevan and Brian for a job very well done!

We needed a service tech from ImageNet to troubleshoot an older desktop copier, scanner printer. It was not communicating with our network. Our technician was Harold Lynn Grey. He was here within an hour!!! He troubleshot the device several ways, tried to find the device on our network, and tried putting a domain name in. Our ITS Department had already tried to register the device to no avail. It only prints and we need it to scan as well. After he finished i took Harold to meet my boss and explain his findings. Harold is a class act; competent, knowledgeable and shares information freely. Although we did not get the desired outcome, we did get excellent service and we are able to utilize that machine somewhere else. Thanks Mr. Webb for always sending us the best people.
