Brandon did some work on my Dell Laptop; he was very responsive and explained everything perfectly. He then did a little tweaking on it a bit later and did not charge me - highly recommend!

My experience with NexaCore IT could not have gone any better. I reached out initially just a bit ago when I discovered my laptop had a password put on it by my son. Brandon responded immediately to my request, and even though I didn't actually set up an appointment until a few days had passed, he was just as prompt when I finally contacted him. I hadn't read any reviews in depth beforehand so I didn't realize that he runs the business out of his home for the interim during the COVID pandemic. Which is great and convenient and you don't have to struggle with parking or standing in line. Brandon's workstation and home in general are extremely neat and tidy and he is very nice and professional. He explained the process of repair to me very clearly and made sure I knew what to expect. What really solidified the whole experience for me is that he told me he was finished a couple of hours later, when I was expecting to wait two weeks to be able to go back. Also, I know this varies based on the situation but he charged me $50 less than he had initially quoted me. Amazing deal! So basically my laptop was fixed way quicker and the price was way cheaper than I expected. And needless to say great customer service. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than that. Thanks again Brandon! I will be referring all my family and friends to you!
