Cute items but the employees I encountered were not welcoming. Ignoring me as I stood at the register to make my purchase felt inappropriate enough to not shop there again.

Walked in here for the first time, because I noticed some cute items as I was passing by. Greeted by two teenage girls, which then proceeded to cold stare me as I was browsing, watching my each and every move. They were just standing there, their eyes fixed on everywhere I went. So uncomfortable and I will never ever be returning.

Lovely products and lovely store as well. I hadnt found anything like it so far in Tulsa, but customer experience is king and my experience was less than (fill in any word here). I am newer to the area/state and found this place while shopping around for home decor. I love these kind of hideaways with unique items. The candles and jewelry were amazing, and I had already made a decision to buy but wanted to take in everything else they had in store. After some time I realize the staff has spoken to every single person who came in behind me, and I do mean every one - and traffic was in and out. Meanwhile, I'm actually shopping. The young lady who had been behind the counter passed me up completely goes to the other two young ladies not more than 5 steps away from me and proceeded to proactively tell them about additional aviators they had available. I turned to look at her, because maybe she didn't notice me. She turns and passes me again and just says "excuse me." This is a small location, a boutique type shop that you really can't miss anyone in. I let her know that I was actually looking for something and that no one had said anything. There weren't but a few of us inside by now. She answered with "oh sorry, we've been so busy." But certainly not too busy for the 20 folks who had been in and out behind me - greeted with a smile once I noticed, etc. Sure - I looked around at the now empty place, thanked her and walked out. My Amex spends like anyone else's but perhaps . . . This type of blatant "overlooking" and poor customer experience is 1000% unacceptable these days.

My family and I (a party of 5 Black women) were not greeted upon entering the store. Instead, we were greeted by a look of shock and cold stares from a group of 5 or 6 (white) females standing behind and near the counter who were talking loudly amongst themselves and stopped mid-conversation in silence as we continued to walk in the store. Being this was our first time in the store we wanted to browse around and check it out. I noticed one particular employee, a middle-aged white woman with dark brown/black hair, position herself just so away from the group with her arms crossed with a frantic look on her face, and a finger or thumb in her mouth....standing near the other employees by the earrings pretending to continue their conversation, watching us as we browsed through the store viewing the merchandise. This same employee continued to follow and look over us as we continued browsing the store. While we were in the store, another family (a white father & daughter) walks in the store. I noticed this same employee, "the watcher" I'm going to call her, tend to this father/daughter duo "full-hands on"...extremely interactive and very attentive to them. My family and I continued browsing the store. Not once were we given the same level of customer service during our time in the store. Before leaving, a few members of my party made purchases. After this visit, know we won't be patronizing your business in the future. Everyone should be given the same amount of respect, decency and level of customer no matter the color of their skin. Just because one person's skin color is different than someone else's doesn't mean they should automatically be characterized or looked at as anything less than being a human. Not everyone is out take from or steal from you!! NOT THE BEST FIRST IMPRESSION & EXPERIENCE!!
