This place has been life changing for me literally, I used to have no energy at all in the morning and would go back to sleep , but now I wake up around 7a.m and I stay awake and actually feel energized and productive getting things done that I normally didnt have the energy for , I have also lost 15lbs and I have only been going there since Feb 21st , of this year 2024 .. so something is obviously working , also my eyebrows are growing back hair , if you know me you know I used to have to draw mine on lol I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to improve their overall health, appearance and well being , like I said its been life changing for me I promise!!!

I had 3 months of red light therapy with Alicia and I loved it! Alicia was so easy to talk to and the calm environment was so relaxing. I highly recommend the Health and Stability/The Contoured practice!
