I give a zero. I went to the one on admiral and Yale area to renew my phone. The manager was very unprofessional. She went through my phone looking at all my passwords without my permission after having me there am hour and a half then left me after shutting my phone off and telling me she didn't when clearly it was. She left the store for an hour to go pick her kid up which she locked me out to go do. She comes back with her and allows her in back while she's working and having her to do work for her. She was snappy when I was just trying to be polite and hold for for her. She then managed to shut my Internet off and can now never get again. Hey babe was Alecia. Will never go through assist ever again. I've referred people too them but will never again do that. If I could give zero stars I would

Im Hueneme nickname Pebblez I really love and respect the people working especially Beanz shes so freaking fire my knees are bad and I really cant get out and about .Assist Wireless or the Government part of it shut my phone out of nowhere off she went over and beyond to get my services turned back on in one day flat and she let my family member pick it up she didnt make it hard for me she trusted me and I think her so much she deserves a raise or whatever you guys do to compensate your top people compassion and love goes a long way when it comes to Company or franchise!!everything is not always based on how someone physically operates her heart made you alls company look grade A!! Thank you again beans whenever I make it or succeed and get off this mess and get rich Im definitely gonna find you and Pour into you as much as I can I wish I could give you more but five stars is all I can give you right now God bless you thank you again
